Yorkshire as a focus for innovation in food manufacturing sustainability

This event will explore the opportunities and challenges for the food manufacturing sector to improve its financial and environmental sustainability by developing the production of higher value products such as chemicals, materials and fuels from food production side streams.

The webinar will be followed by a partnership brokering event, the aim of which is to act as a catalyst for new research and innovation collaborations based on increasing the value obtained from food processing co- and by-products.
