The 3BI Bioeconomy Cluster
The leading bioeconomy clusters in the Netherlands, France, the UK and Germany have joined forces as the 3BI intercluster. Their goal is to support European companies to access important new markets based on renewable raw materials successfully.
Bio-Innovation Support for Entrepreneurs throughout North-West European regions BioBase4SME is a network of European bioeconomy experts offering professional innovation support services to SMEs and start-ups active in the bioeconomy.
BioVale is a partner in a new, £5 million project to develop the bioeconomy across Yorkshire, the Humber and the Tees Valley, led by the University of York. The project is part of a multi-million investment to drive university commercialisation across the country via Research England’s Connecting Capability Fund.
BioVale is a partner in Agrimax: an EU project to develop and demonstrate the production of multiple, high-value products from crop and food-processing waste.
BioYork is a University of York-led initiative focused on using our world class research and knowledge base to drive the development of UK bio-based industries.
